Service, Changes, Fees & Refunds (SCFR) Policy
It is our endeavour to help you have a hassle-free purchasing experience. Due to the nature of the services, there is no return of the services purchased through our website. Further, policies may be different based on promos and on the service itself. Please read all refund and cancellation-related policies for the product, service, or promo before paying.

1. About Payments
- All services offered on Vervulling.com are offered on a fixed/flat fee basis and are not subject to any deductions or negotiations.
2. Overtime Policy
- After the applicable duration of the session, plus a five-minute buffer, overtime charges of USD $10 will be added for up to 15 minutes, and then repeated every 15-minute intervals.
3. Clock Policy
- We begin billing the session at the pre-determined time of the appointment. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to avoid wastage of session time, and for filling of forms and so on. In the case of online sessions, please be ready for the session at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session time.
4. No-Show Policy
- In the context of online sessions, a “no-show” refers to a client who does not sign into the designated Meeting Link within the first 20 minutes of session time.
- Refunds shall not be offered to “no-shows”. Individuals who do not show up for their appointment at the pre-booked time will be considered a no-show.
- In the case of accidental-medical reasons for missing the session the client may be offered up to 90% of the amount paid in the form of credits, based completely upon the discretion of Vervulling Management. This is applicable when all of the following conditions are met: a. the client was unable to attend due to an external circumstance outside of their control; b. The circumstance aforementioned had a medical impact (such as but not limited to falling severely sick or being involved in a car crash), or legal impact (such as being involved in a mugging.); c. This isn’t a pattern observed by the management of staff.
- In all other cases, up to 40% of the amount paid for the session may be offered in the form of credits, upon management discretion and MWP approval.
5. Change Policy
- If the client wants to reschedule their appointment up to at least 72 hours remaining before the scheduled session time, they may do so via the website portal. No change fees will be applicable.
- If the client wants to reschedule their appointment between 24-72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, they may contact the customer support team. A USD $5 change fee will be applicable. Additional taxes, banking charges and processing fees may apply. If the request is made during non-business hours, as long as it is made at the designated time, it will be honoured. Please note that in this case, the session may be marked as cancelled or pending, and changes will be processed after the originally scheduled session date/time.
- If the client wants to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, they may contact the customer support team. A change fee of USD $12 will be applicable. Additional taxes, banking charges and processing fees may apply. If the request is made during non-business hours, as long as it is made at the designated time, it will be honoured. Please note that in this case, the session may be marked as cancelled or pending, and changes will be processed after the originally scheduled session date/time.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted if less than 72 hours remain from the scheduled session time.
6. Cancellation Policy
- If the client wants to cancel their appointment, they may contact the customer support team at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time. A cancellation fee of USD $10 will be applicable, and the refund to the source account will take place within 20 business days of the cancellation. Alternatively, the client may request a refund in the form of website credits, in which case, the cancellation fee will be USD $3.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted if less than 72 hours remain from the scheduled session time.
7. Important Notes
- Any exceptions to this policy will at be the sole discretion of management.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
